Yes, this looks toward the Local Council offices and the commercial center of Meitar.
The previous shot was toward the kids' playground.
There are many benches in this shape. Don't know, but I have a feeling it is supposed to call to mind a tent. The word meitar in Hebrew can refer to the rope tied to the stake that holds a tent in place.
